The technician arrived within an hour of calling for service, very polite and profesional. The fault in the A/C was quickly found and the failed part immediately replaced and the rest of the A/C system checked out in good condition. I called Gowland's after I had 3 other companies in the area come out and review why my AC system would not hold a charge. The previous companies had given me wildly different diagnoses and estimates. Will, the technician that Gowland's sent, did a far more thorough check of the system than anyone else had done, and was actually able to find and show me all the points of leakage. His thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism gave me confidence that Gowland's was going to get this issue resolved and not rip me off in the process. When I received quotes for repair options and to replace the whole system that were all reasonable AND they provided financing, this sealed the deal for me. I opted to have the air handler replaced. It was done exactly at the date and time that we agreed upon. The install techs were professional and quick. Problem solved. My home is cool again. It was all around a satisfying experience. I highly recommend that you give me a call on your next hvac issue.

We recently had the REME advanced oxidation system installed in our homes central air conditioning system, since 2 of our 3 children suffered with horrible allergies. Since getting it our children have stopped coughing through the night with their allergies, I smell the difference in my home...it actually smells cleaner. I would have never believed it till I witnessed it. It is amazing the difference it has made for my family I can't thank you enough for recommending this product; it has literally changed our children's lives. Thank you for cough free nights!!!

I used Gowland's to repair my heater last winter. He did an excellent job and charged a very fair price. I used him again this summer when our AC seemed to be taking too long to cool the house. All we needed was a bit more Freon. Again, we paid a very fair price for a simple job. He could have tried to tell us we had a bad system and pushed us to buy a new unit (I'd never have known better), so I was impressed with his honesty. I'll use him from now on.
