Sam Gowlands

Owner / Operations

Sam has been working in the Air conditioning & Heating business since 1993. He started his own business in 1999 and has earned many certifications along the way, some of which can be seen by clicking on the certifications page. Sam has built his company by believing in nothing less than second mile customer service and strives each and every day to make sure that all of his customers are what he likes to call "Raving Fans".

I have worked in management for various organizations over the last 10 years and feel that my customer service, communication and organizational skills are an asset in helping me serve our customers every day. I take pride in every task entrusted to me and when it comes to speaking with our customers I truly feel that it is important to listen to their needs so that I can get them the help they need as quickly as possible.
